Fox Lane Flowers

My name is Kate, 

I am a biodynamic flower farmer and florist based in Stroud, in the Cotswolds. I grow in 1/3 of an acre on a biodynamic community farm. I have a beautiful studio where do my arrangements, run workshops and dry flowers.

My journey began 18 years ago, when I  was an apprentice studying organic horticulture through the Soil Association, my personal project was developing a cutting patch for farm I was working at,The Organic Farm in Cirencester. Since my time as an apprentice, my fingers have never left the soil, I have been the gardener for the TV garden at River Cottage. While bringing up my 2 gorgeous children, I set up an organic  gardening business, Fox Lane flowers was born in 2021 when attended a floristry course at college started to grow flowers for cutting in my garden.  There was a demand for my flowers which become a side hustle, the side hustle outgrew my garden and in 2024 I took the leap, and joined Oakbrook Community farm, where I am growing organically and biodynamically

• My love of flowers, nature, art, gardening and working in harmony with the seasons , is why Fox Lane flowers is my passion and I love ever single seedling, stem and flower from the seed to the bunch.
