How "Find an eco Wedding Florist" works

1. Couples Complete the Enquiry Form
Couples visit the Find an Eco Florist page and complete a short form with key details, including:
Wedding date
Delivery location
Budget range
Preferred style or colour palette
Any specific requests (e.g. foam-free mechanics, British-grown flowers only)
2. We Notify Local Florist Members
Once submitted, the British Flower Market team reviews the enquiry and matches it with florist members in that geographical area who:
Offer wedding services
Have florist or combined membership
May have availability on the requested date
These florist members receive the enquiry details via email.
3. Florists Decide If They’re a Good Fit
If you’re a florist who receives a couple’s brief, you can decide whether you’re available and interested in working with them. If so, you’ll prepare a brief proposal that includes:
A few images of your previous wedding work
A short outline of what you could create for this couple
A rough price guide or starting estimate
You then send this back to the British Flower Market team.
4. We Share Proposals with the Couple
Once we’ve received proposals from interested florists, we forward them to the couple in one neat email. This allows them to review options and decide who they’d like to get in touch with directly.
5. The Couple Contacts Their Preferred Florist
The couple then reaches out directly to the florist(s) they feel best suits their style and budget. From that point onward, the conversation and booking process is between you and the couple.
