List your first product: Flowers/Foliage

Welcome to British Flower Market! Here’s how to list your first cut flower or foliage product using the vendor dashboard.

Once logged in, click the Products tab in your left-hand dashboard menu, then click Add New Product.

You’ll see the Add New Product screen where you can input key information:

Title – The name of your product (e.g. “Mixed Sweet Peas – 10 Stems”).
Category – Choose the relevant category based on the primary role of the flower – focal, secondary, filler, foliage, etc. Then choose the relevant sub-category for the specific flower type.
Price – The total price for the product or bunch (not per stem).
Image – Upload a clear photo that represents this product.
Description – Provide useful details like vase life, scent or any warnings (toxic to pets, may have thorns, etc)

Cut Flower and Foliage Options

This section lets you specify more detailed information:

Stem Length (cm) – Average stem length.
Price per Stem (£) – The cost of a single stem (used for comparison).
Flower Colour – Choose from predefined colour options.
Stems per Unit – The number of stems included in one unit or bunch.
Available Quantity – The total number of units you have in stock (leave blank for unlimited). This will automatically decrease as orders are placed.

Below your custom fields, you’ll see a wholesale toggle:

Enable wholesale for this product

Tick this if you want the product to appear in the wholesale section (only visible to approved trade buyers). The help text will confirm this.

Click Save Product at the bottom right. Your product will now appear in your store and be visible to customers.

If you want to edit it later, return to Products → All Products, click on the product name, and make your changes.
