List Your First Product: Gift Bouquets
If you’re a Florist or Combined Member, you can list a gift bouquet and define your availability directly from the Florist Settings tab in your vendor dashboard. This special section is only visible to eligible vendors and includes fields for bouquet pricing, images, and delivery dates.
Steps to Add Your Bouquet

Go to the Dashboard → Florist Settings
Once logged in, look for the Florist Settings tab in the left-hand menu of your vendor dashboard. -
Add a Title and Main Image
Use the fields to enter a bouquet title (e.g. “Seasonal Gift Bouquet”) and upload a clear image that best represents your standard product. -
Upload Additional Images (Optional)
You can upload up to six supporting photos to show bouquet variations, packaging, or close-ups of flowers. -
Set Your Prices
Enter your prices for:-
Standard size bouquet

Large upgrade (optional)
-
Extra-large upgrade (optional)

Define Your Delivery Availability
Select the exact dates on which you’re able to deliver gift bouquets. This ensures customers can only place orders you can fulfill. -
Set Your Delivery Radius
Define the maximum distance (in miles) you’re willing to deliver to. Customers outside this range won’t see you as a florist match.
What Happens Next

When a customer uses the Florist Finder form on the site and selects a date/postcode that matches your availability, your listing will appear on the results page.

They’ll see your bouquet title, image, price, and a Buy Now button that leads to a quick florist order form.

You’ll receive the order details by email immediately after submission. You then need to confirm the order directly with the customer.
